The role is located in Hemfrid's beautiful offices in central Stockholm on Tulegatan, with the possibility of flexibility.

As a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, structuring, analyzing, and visualizing data from various sources (with Salesforce being one of the primary sources) and translating the analysis into clear decision-making support for the business. Here, you will work according to the SAFe framework (Scaled Agile Framework), which means you contribute to a synchronized delivery model that creates value not only for Cleaning but for the entire group. In this role, you will also have many points of contact both internationally and within the internal organization. You will report to the Head of Business Control Cleaning.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and further develop reports and dashboards in Power BI for monitoring the Cleaning business area
• Maintain and develop data warehouses, data modeling, and data quality
• Compile and analyze business data related to, for example: - Customer and volume development - Operational efficiency and productivity
• Act as support to the business in interpreting data and identifying improvement and business opportunities
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and other functions regarding data sources, business systems, and reporting structure
• Participate in the development and improvement of KPIs, monitoring models, and decision support
• Ensure that analyses and reports are business-relevant, reliable, and user-friendly
• Act as the primary link between the Cleaning business area and the central group's data team to ensure that local reporting solutions align with group-wide data governance and infrastructure.
• Actively participate in SAFe (PI planning, system demonstrations, etc.) and collaborate with other teams to ensure that data deliveries are integrated into the broader group value stream.

We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in IT or economics, or a master's degree in engineering, where a master's degree is considered an advantage. We see that you have about 3–4 years of relevant work experience, preferably from service, consumer-facing, or service-oriented businesses.

You have worked closely with the business, preferably in a larger corporate environment, and have experience in producing and presenting analyses for decision-makers. Furthermore, you have basic financial knowledge, such as result and cost tracking. You have good knowledge of Power BI, including DAX and data modeling, as well as experience working with data from business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, or similar). Experience with IFS is an advantage.

As you will communicate in both Swedish and English on a daily basis, you are fluent in both languages, both spoken and written. Finally, you have an understanding of Databricks, data warehouses, ETL flows, and database structures, and knowledge of SQL or similar query languages is considered an advantage.
